Places 2 Ride is a guide to places to go and things to do on a motorcycle. Our blog features motorcycling news, notable riding gear, opinionated rants and the occasional tech article. We also include notices for upcoming events and places to ride that have been added to our website.

Nevada Magazine has released a new edition of the
Nevada Rides Motorcycle Guide. Formerly published by the Nevada Commission on Tourism, the new edition offers maps of favorite roads plus motorcycling events.
The guide is offered online or on paper as a pocket-sized 29 page reference. In addition to boring stuff, like helmet laws, advertisements and such, the guide features rides in five sections of Nevada: Valley of Fire, Rock Canyon, Lake Tahoe, Lamoille Canyon and Lincoln County.

series. If you're more interested in the
Sierra Nevadas than Nevada the most spiffy take-along is
