Places 2 Ride is a guide to places to go and things to do on a motorcycle. Our blog features motorcycling news, notable riding gear, opinionated rants and the occasional tech article. We also include notices for upcoming events and places to ride that have been added to our website.
The unusual, the noteworthy, the bizarre: motorcycle stuff we found on eBayThat's right: Bat Cycle. As in Batman- the Sixties TV series, not the movie.

This is actually the second Batcycle that appeared in the show (the first one was a Harley with a sidecar). But this is the one with the go-kart for Robin to launch off on his own adventures. This is the Batcycle that everyone remembers!
Underneath all that gadgetry is a 1966 Yamaha Catalina (a fun little bike in its own right according to
Classic Japanese Motorcycles)

attached to a sidecar with a fully functional, standalone 50cc go kart. It's located in New Jersey now and the seller claims it's in very good condition. Opening bid: $29,500.
If that's out of your price range maybe you'd prefer something smaller, like the
Hot Wheels TV Series Batcycle?
